SUPERVALVE is transmitter manifold directly heated by SUPERHEATER. HACO 2, 3 and 5-valve instrument manifolds are designed for mounting into SUPERBOX, without any holders or brackets, directly to the enclosure wall by mounting plate.

MATERIAL:
- Manifold bodies and valves: Stainless steel 316/316L included certificate DIN EN 10204/3.1 optional according to NACE MR0175
- Standard packing and sealing rings (flange connections) made from PTFE, optional from Graphite for high temperatures
- Fixing bolts 7/16” UNF (transmitter flange) made from stainless steel, brass, or nickel-plated brass
- Fixing bolts M8 (manifold x enclosure) made from stainless steel

PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE:
- All manifolds are tested on 600 bar
- Maximal allowable working pressure: 400 bar at 38 degC
- Maximal allowable temperature: 200 degC with PTFE packing and 600 degC with Graphite packing
